This Privacy Policy explains how The Creator Doc LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit www.creatordoc.ai or sign up for our emails and free resources (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for a free resource or our newsletter, we collect your first name and email address. When you email us, we collect whatever you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
We do not sell products on this site and do not collect payment information.
2. Cookies
The Website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the few cookies that may be set by our service providers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- deliver the free resource you asked for;
- send you our newsletter — new tutorials, free resources, and tool recommendations (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- respond to your messages;
- operate, secure, and improve the Website; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Website, under contract:
- systeme.io — email list, signup forms, and email delivery;
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and cookie-free analytics;
- Amazon Web Services — hosting of downloadable files; and
- YouTube (Google) — video hosting; video thumbnails on this site load from YouTube's servers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site; the tool's website may set its own cookies to credit the referral. That is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
5. Data Retention
We keep your name and email for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you, and we delete or de-identify your information when it is no longer needed.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards and rely on the security measures of our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
Unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing candice@creatordoc.ai. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know and access the personal information we have collected about you; request its deletion; correct inaccurate information; opt out of its "sale" or "sharing"; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise these rights, email candice@creatordoc.ai.
9. Nevada Residents
Under Nevada law (NRS 603A), Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To submit a request anyway, email candice@creatordoc.ai with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out."
10. International Visitors
We operate from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the basis of your consent (for our emails) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website, and you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing — contact us to exercise them.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
