These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.creatordoc.ai (the "Website"), operated by The Creator Doc LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including the free resources and emails offered through it. By using the Website or signing up for anything on it, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The sections below titled "Binding Arbitration" and "Class Action Waiver" contain a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. They affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully.

The Website and its emails are intended for adults. By signing up for anything on the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. Free Resources and Emails
We offer free resources — such as prompt packs and printables — in exchange for your first name and email address. When you sign up, you'll be added to our email list and may receive the resource, new tutorials, and occasional recommendations. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. We may change, replace, or stop offering any free resource at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or violate any applicable law;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- sign up others without their permission, or submit false information;
- introduce viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system;
- use any robot, spider, or automated means to access the Website without our written permission (public search engines and AI search tools excepted); or
- impose an unreasonable load on, or otherwise interfere with, the proper operation of the Website.
5. Affiliate Links
Some links on the Website are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link tools we pay for and use ourselves. Purchases you make from third-party tools are between you and that provider, under their terms and pricing.
6. Educational Content — No Guarantees
The Website, its videos and its free resources are educational content about AI tools. Tools, features, and prices change often; what we show reflects our experience at the time it was made. We make no guarantee of any specific result. You are responsible for how you use any tool, including following that tool's own terms and any laws that apply to the content you create — for example, rules about using someone's likeness or voice, and disclosing AI-generated content.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Creator Doc is made with AI tools, and its host, Candice, the Creator Doc, is an AI avatar. Videos, images, and voice on the Website and channel may be generated or edited with AI.
8. Intellectual Property and Your License
All content on the Website — text, videos, graphics, prompt packs, and other materials (the "Content") — belongs to The Creator Doc LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international law. Our names, logos, and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
You may use the prompts in our free resources to create your own images and videos, for personal or commercial projects. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the resources themselves (in whole or in large part), or present them as your own.
9. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Website and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and without warranty that the Website will be error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Creator Doc LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, the Content, or any third-party tool it discusses. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Creator Doc LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of the Content or the Website; or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights.

The Website links to third-party sites and tools for your convenience, not as an endorsement of everything they do. We are not responsible for their content or practices; if you visit them, you do so at your own risk.
12. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, please send a notice with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to The Creator Doc LLC, 711 Aspen Trl, Reno, NV 89519, USA, candice@creatordoc.ai. Include: a description of the copyrighted work and where it appears on the Website; your contact details; a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
13. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, subject to the arbitration provisions below.
15. Binding Arbitration
In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, the Content, or the Website (a "Dispute"), either party may elect to finally and exclusively resolve it by binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"). If either party chooses arbitration, neither party shall have the right to litigate that claim in court or to have a jury trial, except that either party may bring a claim in its local small-claims court if permitted. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its then-current rules, before a single neutral arbitrator, and may be conducted in person, by documents, by phone, or online; if in person, it will take place in the United States county where you reside. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration or proceeding will be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually. You agree that you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
17. Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that a breach of our intellectual property rights would cause us irreparable harm, and that we may seek injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. You consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada for purposes of any such action.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last updated" date above.
19. Miscellaneous
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us on this subject. Section headings are for convenience only.
